Terrible service at the Clarence office . Tried calling to settle an invoice - nobody picks up, no ability to leave voice mail. Arrived in person - was the only customer and was told “we are busy”. Asked why they have not emailed me - was told must have gone to your spam. Eventually when I insisted they check it turned out they have made an error in email address. No apologies . Will not be back
